Adding videos?

Your account is setup to allow you to add 20 videos from streaming sites like YouTube. To manage your videos go to your profile, then find the tabs on the bottom of your profile page and click on "my videos".

Click on "manage your sandbox".

Choose a category, a video provider and locate the video tag (the identifier of the video).

Can groups upload private files?

Yes. As a registered user, you can upload a file, and during the upload process specify the group the file belongs to in the "permission" tab.
Only members of the selected group will be able to view the file.

You can even select only one user for personal files.

"Official" FRGs should be stored within the "FRG Groups" category. If you think that your group has already been created and should be managed by you please contact us.

I can't see my FRG group

FRG groups are stored in a special directory that will not be listed in the group listing. If you want to join your command's FRG, contact your FRG leadership directly. They will invite you to the group.

If you want to create a group and make it visible to all registered users, do not use the "FRG Groups" category.

I want to create an event but it is asking for a venue

When you create an event you must specify a "venue" (aka location/city). Simply click on "submit new location" and the new created venue will be available in future entries.

What if my group isn't a FRG?

You can create any group you want. Groups must be accepted by an administrator first. After the initial activation you have full control over your group:
- private bulletin
- private forum
- private events
- PMS and email
- blog, gallery, comments
- member invitations

Groups can be setup to be
- per invitation only
- group owner chooses to accept or deny an application
- open

Anyone can create groups, invite members, access private bulletin, blogs, events and forum. You can also communicate with your members using email and PMS.

Registered users can post on the forum, add events and manage their profile and connections.

Simple to use, your communities grows with you. When you leave a group, you can keep the personal connections so you never loose track of your friends.

More exciting functions are added regularly. Come back often!
